We’re excited to add a Systems Engineer to our Secure Modern Workplace team. In this role, you’ll work with a team of customer-focused professionals who are committed to defining technical strategy, architecting, designing and delivering end-to-end digital transformation. You’ll demonstrate strong technical competence by implementing M365 solutions, and strong business acumen through engaging in customer discussions related to agility and business value.

What You’ll Do

Build, integrate and/or implement M365 and other Microsoft Azure & cloud solutions
Assist with migration and modernization efforts for customers
Communicate issues and solutions across all levels of the organization
Work closely with clients to troubleshoot and provide a positive customer service experience

What You’ll Need

3+ years of experience in a professional services organization
3+ years of experience providing Microsoft solutions, platforms, or technologies to enterprise level customers
Experience in Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, or applied architecture
Proven skills within the M365 platform including solutions for Identity, Security and Collaboration
Proven experience with Windows Server AD and Azure AD

What Will Set You Apart

Agile/Scrum (Scaled Agile Framework [SAFe]) working experience
2+ years of experience working in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) model
Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Experience with SCCM or other endpoint management tools
Experience in design and implementation of Identity and Conditional Access (MIM, Azure AD Connect)
Experience with Cloud PBX
Experience in PowerShell scripting
Experience in Office 365 DLP, Cloud App Security and Azure Information Protection
Experience in Azure AD B2C
Experience in Teams (such as voice, governance, configuration… etc)
Experience with Mobile Device Management (preferably Intune)
Experience with Autopilot
